David M. Tanen, Partner

Mr. Tanen is a co-founder and Partner of Two River. He currently serves as Vice President of Two River's managing member and also serves as an Officer and Director of Riverbank Capital Securities, Inc., a FINRA member broker dealer ("Riverbank"). From October 1996 to September 2004, Mr. Tanen was a Director of Paramount where he co-founded a number of development stage biotechnology companies. Mr. Tanen was responsible for drafting and negotiating more than 30 license agreements for the acquisition of novel technologies, as well as structuring and closing private placement offerings. Mr. Tanen also served as a member of the General Partner of the Orion Biomedical Fund, LP. Mr. Tanen currently serves as an officer and director of Nile Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:NLTX) and Arno Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCBB:LRRI.OB), each a publicly reporting company, as well as Danube Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately held ophthalmology company. Mr. Tanen received his B.A. from The George Washington University and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
