Our investment strategy is to build two to three portfolio companies per year, each with a pipeline of promising technologies including a clinical stage lead compound.

The process begins with our highly selective screening process. Two River reviews hundreds of preclinical and clinical stage drug candidates each year, electing to pursue for commercialization only the handful of promising compounds that satisfy our stringent due diligence review. Once a portfolio company is created around a lead compound, Two River assists the company in building a pipeline of preclinical and clinical compounds that address a similar therapeutic area. Our goal is to create companies that have a narrow therapeutic focus, but a deep product portfolio.

Two River maintains active involvement while recruiting seasoned management and appointing a distinguished scientific advisory board for each of our portfolio companies. Scientific Advisory Board members are thought leaders within their respective fields, adding value to the company through their active participation in scientific due diligence and clinical development.

Two River provides investment banking services to our portfolio companies through its affiliate, Riverbank Capital Securities, Inc. Riverbank Capital will assist our portfolio companies in obtaining financing through its extensive network of international investors. Riverbank will not receive cash or equity commissions in connection with financing activities conducted for Two River's portfolio companies. This unique approach allows the company to use 100% of the financing proceeds to further develop compounds, helping to maximize value for shareholders.
