Two River was founded by Peter M. Kash, Joshua A. Kazam, and David M. Tanen, three partners who have worked together for nearly a decade and who possess more than 35 years of collective industry experience. Together, they have founded or financed more than 30 public and private drug development companies, many of which have filed new drug applications (NDA) with the FDA and have reached approval or have entered into strategic partnerships with major pharmaceutical and leading biotechnology companies.

The Two River team is completed by a staff of experienced MD's and PhD's as well as investment banking, finance, and business development specialists. Our dedicated team of experts evaluates technologies, structures and consummates complicated transactions and provides effective management and support for our portfolio of companies.
