Mr. Bernstein is a co-cofounder and Principal at Two River. Mr. Bernstein is responsible for reviewing new investment opportunities. In addition, Mr. Bernstein operates as the Business Development representative for a number of the Two River portfolio companies. Prior to joining Two River, Mr. Bernstein served as an Associate Director at Paramount, where he managed a portfolio of 12-private companies including Cougar Biotechnology, Hana Biosciences, Velcera, and Chelsea Therapeutics. He was responsible for assisting each company in drafting business plans, creating and maintaining budgets, and recruiting experienced management teams. Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Bernstein worked as a corporate finance analyst in the healthcare investment banking group of Bear Stearns.
Mr. Bernstein received his B.S. degree summa cum laude in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. |
