Mr. Tanen is a co-founder and Partner of Two River. Mr. Tanen also serves as Senior Managing Director of Riverbank Capital Securities, Inc, a FINRA member broker dealer that specializes in private placement financings for public and private development-stage companies. Prior to founding Two River, from October 1996 to September 2004, he was a Director of Paramount BioCapital Investments, LLC. Mr. Tanen currently serves as an officer and director of Arno Therapeutics, Inc. (ARNI.OB) as well as several privately held companies. Mr. Tanen received his B.A. from The George Washington University and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. |
